Manufacturing Process Improvement Study Spreadsheet

A process improvement study spreadsheet that lets a user enter all the known values for current process vs intended process such as current material cost, current factory labor, current "product field installer labor" such as on-site installation labor, and compare it to an intended new process change with new labor times, new material costs. Enter labor as minutes per process. Spreadsheet will output bar graphs comparing the old method vs new and give results broken down into materials net cost, labor net cost, as well as color-coded graphs showing positive and negative net process costs.

Example spreadsheet shows the simple cost evaluation of buying a transfer cart in order to prevent more factory labor time in single box hand-held transferring and eliminating quarterly damaged products from dropped boxes.
